More than Just an Airport Terminal

Conference Rooms and Business Services

Our terminal houses two conference rooms equipped with high‑speed Wi‑Fi, modern video and sound systems. These spaces are ideal for business meetings, seminars, and training sessions. Each room can be configured in different layouts: boardroom style for executive meetings, classroom style for workshops, or open seating for community events. Whether you’re planning a corporate retreat or a flight safety seminar, our conference facilities accommodate your needs. With Jet‑A plane side fueling available on site, executives can arrive in corporate jets, meet with local partners, and depart the same day—maximizing productivity and convenience.

Runway and Taxiway Infrastructure

The core of any airfield is its runway, and our 6,200‑foot by 100‑foot concrete runway is built to accommodate a wide range of aircraft. A full‑length, 70‑foot‑wide taxiway provides quick access to both ends of the runway, minimizing ground delays. The runway is outfitted with LED lighting, which reduces energy consumption while increasing visibility during night operations. WAAS‑enabled GPS approaches allow pilots to descend safely in poor visibility, and the runway’s crowned surface ensures proper water drainage. These features align with best practices from top regional airports across the country, making our facility a reliable airport for Jet‑A and hundredLL Avgas users.

Fueling Operations and Safety

Fuel quality is paramount. Our FBO offers full‑service and self‑service fueling for both Jet‑A and 100LL Avgas. Each fuel truck undergoes regular inspections, and fuel samples are tested to ensure clarity, specific gravity, and absence of contaminants. Self‑service pumps are clearly labeled for Jet‑A and Avgas, with instructions available for first‑time users. Our staff is trained to assist pilots in using self‑service equipment safely.

Safety and Security

Safety is the cornerstone of our airport operations. The airfield is fully fenced with controlled access gates. Surveillance cameras and staff undergo regular security training. Fire extinguishers and automated external defibrillators (AEDs) are strategically placed throughout the terminal.

Function and Design

Cleveland, TN Regional Jetport’s terminal is a beautiful example of how function and design can coexist. When you enter our 8,000‑square‑foot lodge‑style building, you might think you’ve stepped into a mountain resort rather than a regional airport. Natural wood finishes, a crackling stone fireplace, and a water feature create a calming atmosphere that contrasts with the typical sterile look of an airfield. This ambiance not only comforts travelers but also demonstrates our commitment to providing a memorable experience.

Pilot Lounge and Flight Planning

Pilots need a place to rest and plan. Our pilot lounge provides comfortable recliners, a quiet room for naps, and shower facilities. It’s designed for pilots flying long legs giving them a chance to recuperate before their next journey. The adjacent flight planning area offers computers so pilots can check NOTAMs, file flight plans, and review instrument approaches—including our WAAS‑enabled RNAV procedures—before taking off. This dedicated space underscores our commitment to safety and efficiency.

Apron and Parking

Our 311,452‑square‑foot concrete apron provides ample parking for transient aircraft. Pilots can expect secure tie‑down points and easy access to fuel trucks and line services. The apron layout enables quick taxiing to the self‑service fuel pumps or the FBO for full‑service fueling. With both Jet‑A and Avgas options, we accommodate everything from turboprops and business jets to piston airplanes.

Maintenance and Technical Services

Convenience extends beyond hangars. On‑field maintenance through Xpress Aircraft Maintenance and Star Avionics ensures that aircraft based or visiting at the Jetport can receive quick, professional service. Technicians perform routine inspections, engine maintenance, avionics installations, and troubleshooting for a wide variety of aircraft types. Having maintenance facilities on the airfield reduces downtime, especially for business jets that need to maintain rigorous schedules.

Ground Transportation and Pilot Services

Once on the ground, you need to get around. Pilots can borrow out our courtesy vehicle for quick trips into Cleveland. For longer stays, rental cars can be delivered directly to your aircraft utilizing Enterprise Rent-A-Car and FBO Services. For those traveling with larger groups, shuttle vans and limousine services are available.
